Yep... I agree.. why the heck do we need another CVS just a mile down the street? Lititz is getting a 2nd one as well... on 501 again, like a mile away.

anyone but me notice that every motel complex on oregon pike has been leveled except the eden resort? didn't take long to knock this baby down, did it? we now build drug stores in much the same fashion as we were building mini-marts in the 70's and 80's. there's one on every corner, and sometimes across the street from one another. a nation of pilled up zombies.

If CVS thinks they can keep all of their stores profitable when they are so close together, more luck to them. They are only responsible to their stockholders.

At least they are building it on already developed land instead of finding a farm parcel further up the Oregon Pike.
