Lesson to be learned: kids do the darndest things no matter where they go to school or how many trips they make to the prayer altar.

Well said.

Oh I get it. When anything violent comes out of the City it's broadcast non-stop and many folks on here are posting the usual "I told you so backward-a$$ statements" But since this came out of pristine Lititz, it should all be hush hush? Sorry folks, as painful an experience as it is, it is a very heinous crime. It will be broadcast for days to come, and probably will be a Lifetime Movie of the week. Lesson to be learned: kids do the darndest things no matter where they go to school or how many trips they make to the prayer altar.

YEP!

Raising kids is like trying to bend a rope, you can use every means possible to get the job done, but the rope always goes its own way after ya let go.

I am continually amazed at the differences in my kids. Same gene pool. Same environment.

Different responses, reactions, and personalities.

I can't imagine being involved in this one. Talk about lives impacted. Imagine the surviving kids? The parents of the boy? Horrible time.

Life comes at you very fast... this must be like getting hit with a freight train. I feel bad for everyone involved.
