This 14 yr. old *absolutely positively* had something to do with this - whether indirectly or not. SHE wrote her age as 17 in the one journal. SHE is the one who made the decision to have sex with an 18 yr. old. SHE is the one who more-than-likely kept flirting with David. (and yes, DAVID is the one who responded. He could have very easily just refused and walked away.)

BOTH of these kids are just as guilty as the other. Kara has *just as much* blame in this as David. No, she may not have pulled the trigger - but she and she alone made her decisions that also brought this horrible ending.

I see what you are saying, but just because she made some bad decisions, doesn't mean that she is "just as guilty" as the guy who did in fact pull the trigger. Lots of girls go out with guys their parents don't approve of. Very seldom does the boyfriend end up killing the girl's parents in cold blood. Until it is proven that she encouraged David or had some active part in killing her parents, I think there is an enormous difference in the relative guilt of these two, between teenage rebellion / deception and murder.

I'm sure the computers will shed some light as to what they were planning and if the 14 yr old was indeed kidnapped or willing participant.

It's not just a matter of being spelling police, I'd love to focus on what you're saying but it's actually tough to read and concentrate on. Given the fact that your posts and level of vocabulary reflect a certain amount of education and intelligence, I am inclined to think that the misspellings are on purpose, kind of a trendy way of spelling like kids do on text messages and IM. I mean really, "soshil interakshun"? We're supposed to believe you actually think that's how you spell those words, especially when at times you apparently drop your guard and write completely flawless sentences? Come on, now....

Although I am very worried about my grammar and spelling...I am going to try to make a comment! I am just wondering if I am the only one who finds this weird.

"Police said Borden was shot one time in the back of the head and Mrs. Borden was shot one time in the front of her head. Garipoli said the mother's body was found in a sofa chair with a blanket over her legs."

I mean, with no disrespect to the family, isn't it a little odd that the mother was still in a chair with a blanket on her legs?? After hearing a gunshot she never got up and started to run to check on her husband? I just think there is much more to the story that will come out and shock us all more than a double-shooting in Lititz did. It is all very sad, and very disturbing. God bless that family.

Jeepgirl, I thought that detail was extremely creepy and unsettling myself.

Another creepy detail beside the mothers seated position is being shot in the back of the head when your escorting the alleged perp to the door.

I'd have to agree with Conewago on this one. It is very difficult to read and decipher let alone trying to get what the point is. DO what Ann suggested and use spell check in word the cut and paste and maybe we could focus on content v. spelling.
