Damn. I wanted to be the first to post on here this week, but the illustrious watchdog Artie See, who appears to have absolutely no life and never has anything new to say, beat me to it again.

I don't know if someone who gets up really early on Sunday mornings and hops on the LNP website to post the same criticism of Marv's columns, like Artie does, is really qualified to pass judgment on whether someone needs psychological help.

You lost your fight, Artie. Now pick a new one. You're boring me.

Hello Marv,

Maybe you would care to comment on these points next week:
"A. No problem. We like captive audiences, and have no prejudices against lawbreakers. You may have heard that some of our top officials here have broken a state law."
Of course, Marv, those top officials got citations for non-criminal violations with $100 fines. The State Grand Jury had this to say about FIVE Lancaster Newspaper reporters: "the reporters, working in concert, bypassed LCWC's 9-1-1 website security and committed the offenses of Criminal Conspiracy . . "
That's a third degree felony, Marv. $15,000 fine and 7 years max.
"Q. The commissioners pleading guilty to violating the Sunshine Act was like pleading guilty to speeding.
A. You're right; the penalty is about the same. However most speeders haven't secretly sold off a valuable chunk of public real estate. And if you get pulled over for speeding, you also get a lecture from a cop, something the commissioners could sorely use. Shellenberger and Shaub were doing 90 miles an hour down a one-way street (going the wrong way, of course) to sell Conestoga View. Molly Henderson, to hear her tell it, was just along for the ride with those bad boys."
Wow, Marv, what do you call what the LNP reporters did? Or is OK because they are only "unindicted co-conspirators"?
"Q. You never give the people opposing the convention center any credit.
A. Maybe it's because some in that crowd remind me of the UFO "experts" on the History Channel. No conspiracy is too implausible for them."
Well, Marv, it looks like attorney general Tom Corbett is one of those conspiracy theorists too, Here's what the grand jury report says:
". . .he knowingly conspired with Intelligencer Journal newspaper reporters Brett Lovelace, Carrie Cassidy, P.J. Reilly, Paula Holtzman and Madelyn Pennino . . "

If you're bored, you're in the wrong place.

I actually slept in this past Sunday. If you look at my post, it was at 9:14AM.

The plutocrats want you to believe that all is lost. The truth is, the real battle has only just begun. Watch what happens as the truth is inevitably revealed for all to see!

I've got far more of a life than you can possibly imagine. Sorry if you're jealous.

I avoid watching television, so instead I spend time in front of the computer. At least on the computer I can pick and choose what I read, instead of being force-fed story lines and emotions. How much would you accomplish if you spent all of your TV time in front of the computer?

Well, Marv, it's Wednesday and you must be puzzling over Sunday's Editorial.

Here's your chance to prove all us conspiracy theorists wrong, a chance to prove the Editorial staffs of the three papers are independent, a chance to prove you don't take your Editorial orders from Jack Buckwalter . . .

Let me help you with the lead to your Editorial , , ,

It is with great regret and sadness that I must call for the immediate resignations of my Intelligencer Journal colleagues Editor in Chief Ray Shaw, New Editor Jon Ferguson, and Reporters Brett Lovelace, P.J. Reilly, Madelyn Pennino, and Paula Holzman. The 24th Statewide Investigating Grand Jury found that they* committed two third degree felonies and the ethics experts we consulted found that their purposes did not justify their breach of the public's trust. In order to restore the integrity of the Lancaster Newspapers they must leave now . . .

I'm sure you can finish up from there, Marv.

Good Luck.

*In Lancaster Newspaper-speak, "they" means most of them.
