I might feel better about the project knowing that 20 percent of the $180 million is benefitting the operations of disadvantaged local companies.

LT here is a cost for one camera, I priced recently from a local security agency...about $3000.00 now that does not take care of maintenance or ongoing costs. It could be higher w/options. All are digital and can get complex.
