Just another sign of morally bankrupt segments of society, do you all watch the news and read the paper? Crime is increasing at an alarming rate to the point were we are no longer shocked by all this abnormal behavior, what was abnormal is now normal.
The majority of us live productive lives giving more then we take and adding to what makes society better. But there is an increasing segment of the population that is dysfunctional and down right dangerous to be around. This dysfunctionalality (sp) is like a cancer feeding on us all and in many way threatening to kill all that’s needed to keep society workable.
What we really need is millions and millions of more poor people that don’t speak English or share our culture. A formula for disaster………..
Remember that 2 frame cartoon? The 1st frame showed the criminals with a wall around them…..the next frame showed the non-criminals with a wall around them?
Can you say “Gated Community”? Or the next step, fortified estates?

Tccc. Hopefully, the reporter does not know how the report came to CYA. The child most likely told someone who told someone who happened to be a mandated reporter. It does not matter whether it is heresay [information obtained from whisper down the alley information] or not when a minor child is concerned...and it hits the ears of a mandated reporter. If the situation involves child molestation it will be reported to the child hotline or to CYA who will interview the child. And you can also believe that any parent who "prostitutes out" her children also puts the fear of death or injury into the child so they are less likely to tell about things.

BB. I know of a situation where the Mom was prostituting her three year old daughter [actually I know of two such cases]...and I know much more horrible stuff. [it was often drug related]

But, then you must consider that I am too dumb to know about nose rings and such [from another thread], because the facts have to be like the medical community states the facts in publications and not the way an ex-druggie who was also a professional psychologist told us at a professional seminar.
