I am still undecided as to whether Charlie Smithgall's "Central Market Trust" is actually a good idea, whether an improvement or a setback.

Any ideas?

So far, it seems like a good idea, and enforcing the hours is a good start. Saturdays are the only day we can make it to the market. We are usually unable to get there until about 12:30 or 1:00. Often times a lot of the stands have already closed by the time we get there or are in the process of closing up, making it uncomfortable to do business. Almost feels as though we are inconveniencing said stand holders.
