How come the names of the "5 employees" have never been printed in the paper? Do they have ties to LNP?

I was going to ask the same thing when i saw this post. I mean the way the paper talks it was all levels involved and it is kind of unusual that no people have been named in the scandel. Does make you wonder if they know people at LNP that are keeping their names quiet

Between LNP, WGAL, and some national media outlets that covered this, nobody seems to have the names of these thugs. So I doubt your theory on an LNP coverup is plausible.

I do, however, think that Sterling Financial's CEO should've been fired on the spot for being asleep at the wheel. When you collect the biggest paycheck in a company, you should be responsible for everything.

Good ole Boy networks seem to work well in the short term for all those involved, but they eventually fail 100% of the time, taking innocent people (in this case, regular employees) down with them.

This just goes to show that there isn't a whole lot of intelligence at the top of large companies, as these cheats probably didn't work their way up the corporate ladder on the merits.

Done ranting now.

I hope they really do not believe that people won't be out of work. Clearly there will be job cuts. The shareholders will get most of their value and this outcome was the only one that made sense. A sale was the only way they could have done this. PNC is a good company. It makes sense for them and makes them a major player in the local banking market.

And absolutely nobody in the Sterling HQ office was at fault in the loss of one hundred and sixtyfive million dollars? Must be a really great place to work!
