This guy looks like Fred Flintstone!

Maybe they should have just hit him with a Big Stick
Are you sure this didn't occur at the Bowling Ally and not the golf course?

Maybe Catus Juice was involved.
Come to think of it, Lancaster is alot like Bedrock.

From what I'd read in the previous articles about this incident, Buser conducted himself commendably given the circumstances. I'm not so sure other men would have shown as much restraint as he (and his wife) did. Just my two cents, and I know neither of these gentlemen personally.

Perhaps the judge's punishment should have included a humiliating psychological evaluation and random drug and alcohol testing as well (at his expense of course).

QUOTE
On June 8, 2006, Hamilton asked Buser for a year's worth of work assignments, such as officer schedules, from the Southern Regional Police Department.
Hamilton became angry with Buser after the sergeant told him he could provide three months worth of assignments, but not a year's worth.

Please excuse my naivety, but what do these work assignments consist of?

Why are they handed over to a judge?

And why would not turning over a years worth, be so upseting?

Sorry, but he should have been removed. How can someone come before this "judge" and get a fair hearing. Say somenone comes before him for doing the same thing, can the "judge" be fair and impartial, when he got "off" for the same offense because the golf club and victim didn't prosecute. My bet is his own past with the same offense would cloud his judgement. Can't believe him and his attorney feel it was to harsh of a penalty. He is a "judge" and not some kids in a schoolyard.
