As for no houses, what about all the bungaloos in that area?

Would this have happened in Man Twp, or Hempfield?

I don't know about Man Twp or Hemp. I do know that the bungalos are at least 100 yards away, infact there are homes closer than the bungalos. In addition, they do not use well water and most sit on stilts, therefore they do not touch the ground. Not that that makes the manner any better.

besides, in manheim twp, it would take another 2 years for permits and then find the highest bidder.
