Ron, I understand your point, and to an extent I agree. The fact that he was charged and aquitted should not be held against him.
However, being accused of what he's been accused of in three different departments, and only one (not counting the current case) led to an investigation, that's disturbing.
The superior who stated he needed proof to start an investigation should be held as an accomplice after the fact.
We need accountability in the law enforcement, and the only time I ever see it, is when the cop is caught on tape violating his sworn duty to such an extent as the department is likely to be sued or somebody dies as a result, provided the tape makes it to the public for viewing.
Why do we have security cameras everywhere? Could it be because the criminal element is so brazen due to their chances of getting away are ever increasing? (Or at least that's the perception of the people installing the cameras)
Why did this guy coerce these young girls to perform these acts? (aside from the fact that he's a pedophile/ebophile) Because he thought he could get away with it.
