It's really good to see a newspaper reporting on fear rather than encouraging it. There is something deeply disturbing about the idea that 1/2 the population should be feared.
I dont like this, plain and simple. We should not be teaching our children to fear men. The majority of police officers and firemen are, well, men. We need to teach children wisely, not just fear one type of person. To think that a child would be afraid of a teacher or cop that could really help them really scares me. Also, whos to say that the nice lady pushing a stoller didnt just kidnap that baby. not a smart idea.
