Anyone interested in the Presidential campaigns, please join us for announcements and postings at http://www.pennjersey.info/forums/

Take our online polls too regarding WORST PRESIDENT EVER and WHO DO YOU SUPPORT FOR PRESIDENT, and DEATH PENALTY POLL.
That site seems to be as biased as the local media, but in the opposite direction.

I think that each of you bring valid point(s) to the table. Please keep in mind that there is always a price for freedom. It doesn't just "happen". If we brought all of our troops "home" from all around the world it would definitely weaken the U.S. Internationally. There has to be a certain level of strategic planning that gives us the freedom that we so enjoy. As for the people having their houses "sold at auction-perhaps the government wouldn't have to act on it if they just paid the taxes. As far as waitresses being arrested for not reporting all of their tips, I haven't read or heard anything about that happening anywhere. I think it's a crying shame that we have all these churches gathering up all these donations and care packages and sending them overseas to underpriveleged countries needs to open their eyes and educate themselves. Don't they realize that someone probably a mile or two down the road from them has no where to sleep or doesn't even know where their next meal is going to come from. Why aren't we taking care of other Americans? We have so many to help here. Once that mission is accomplished then perhaps we should go global. You have to love yourself before you are able to love someone else applies here. Love the United States first and then you will be able to love everyone else. I do massive amounts of volunteer work here in Lancaster County and are always helping the poor and needy. I speak firsthand from my experience only. This is only my opinion. What do you think????

Do we teach the other countries how to fish? Or do we keep on giving them the fish?

I am a firm believer that the radical Islamic threat to American is real must be fought. So does Ron Paul. American leaders must be smart and efficient in how we do it, or we will destroy freedom in America from the inside out. Dr. Paul is the only Republican presidential candidate questioning the status quo and the inevitable march towards socialism.

The need and huge cost of America's worldwide military presence is ready for debate .... in accordance with the will of the American people and their congressional representatives. The peoples' work needs to be done within the halls of congress in accordance with our Constitution. Ron Paul is the only Republican candidate willing to force this philosophical subject into the light of day.

I personally feel if the press and the majority of the American people do not back our troops it's time to bring them home. War must be a national effort. It is impossible to fight a politically correct war against an enemy who plays the international media and worldwide public opinion like a Stradavarius violin. Our guys and gals are targets more often than warriors. Fight to win .... or bring them home.

We can't even properly protect our own borders. Let the citizens of Iraq and Afganistan learn how to catch their own fish. Plus the citizens of Kosovo, South Korea, Germany, Japan and the other 30 nations or so where we maintain a military presence.

I agree with you, we should fix our own problems first before we try to fix the world.

Amen to that, brother. I agree with you 100% but you provided the detail I wasn't ready to tackle, lol. Thanks!!!!
