Back when C-Span first got started Bobbyboy would give these fire-brand speeches castigating the Democrats up one side and down the other. The late Tip O'Neil had the last laugh though. He instructed C-Span to start panning around the chamber so viewers could see Walker was speaking to an empty chamber. So when I heard that Bob Walker was endorsing Fraud Thompson I wasn't surprised.
