I like fish ladders.

No dam at all would be best for the fish.......but I do appreciate that they are at least upgrading the fish ladders that didn't work well in the first place.
My main concern with this project though is how many additional ugly high tension towers and wires this will spawn and further blight the Lancaster County landscape. We already have way too many towers dotting our rural and wooded landscapes. Please tell me this won't produce more of this ugliness.

So Artie says that won't be the case, but so what if it helps with a clean energy alternative? I know, I know, everybody needs a pristine, idyllic setting to drive their big ol' SUV's to.

You are kidding right. Okay cut off the electric to your home. Seem you don't want electric anymore cause it doesn't look pretty.
