Her first job was sorting silverware at age 4. She officially became an employee when she was put on the payroll at age 16.
My first job was at Willow Valley in the late 1970's. I was 16 when I started there and Diane was also working there and was only 13 or 14....I guess she wasn't on the payroll then. I worked with both Diane and her older sister, Sheryl. I would say, without being nasty, that Sheryl was definately the more grounded, nice one.
Poillon, the granddaughter of Willow Valley founder John Thomas and daughter of chairman and chief executive officer Marlin Thomas, is the third generation of the family to serve in that role.

ROLF, I can still recall Mrs. Thomas coming out of the cooler on Sunday morning with a chicken leg in her mouth as I was setting up Breakfast'!!!
