Are you sure that you are quoting the current PA Constitution? I know you were trying to use (unsuccessfully) a repealed Article VII Section 1 of the 1874 PA Constitution concerning the oath of office to create a bogus story.

You've admitted you aren't a lawyer. So why do you keep trying to argue law?

Didn't Norristown hold a trial for you and found you guilty of disorderly conduct and making physical threats?
