I'm starting to think that psycdoc has his/hers own issues.

Maybe he/she should get some help for that.

Every day 10.9 people die from Methadone (according to 2004 stats, not
including car accident deaths caused by drivers under the influence of Methadone)
When presenting inebriated at clinic, clinic should also document such activity as well as prevent client from driving. Statistics also state that methadone is contributing to more deaths nationwide then heroin and only second to cocaine deaths. We cannot continue to allow a legal medication to be killing more people then the illegal drugs. Our government cannot be allowed to use tax dollars to fund their legal drug dealing operations.

Oh how Judge Ashworth was fooled in this case. I know for certain, directly from the mouth of the defendant, that she was selling her prescription medication on the streets just last week to "make money". Just another case of women getting leniency in the criminal justice system. If she were a guy, they would have served a lengthy jail term, for sure. Shame, shame....... I guess if you can get away with it...

Hey psychdoc - ever hear of HIPPA??

If that information was shared with you in a counseling session then you've violated HIPPA. It would not be difficult for this defendant to prove you've violated HIPPA as you've blasted the above information on the internet.

Agreed, with a real Mental Health professional.

Guys, guys. Of course I know about HIPPA. I also know all about the laws of confidentiality. Please. Why must everyone always criticize posters in here who may have different opinions, or who see things differently than you. I am no longer in the professional field. I recieve all of my info from these people when I see them on the streets, walking, or biking, at the super market... Grow up.
