OK, let's take a closer look at Paul Thibault's record as County Commissioner:

- Lancaster County government spending DOUBLED.

- Lancaster County government debt MORE THAN DOUBLED.

- A "Youth Intervention Center" was built that is more than double the size Lancaster County needs to this day.

- The "Youth Intervention Center" was constructed on Sunnyside, the last undeveloped area in Lancaster City, over the objections of Lancaster City officials. Originally, housing was to be built there; the "Youth Intervention Center" was built on the best land on the entire peninsula. What land is left is hilly and undesirable; besides, who would want to live next to a massive prison at the top of the hill?

- The Lancaster County Convention Center Authority was formed by former Lancaster County Commissioners Paul Thibault, Terry Kauffman, and Ron Ford, along with former Lancaster mayor Charlie Smithgall, at the request of the Lancaster Chamber and Lancaster Alliance/Lancaster Campaign, all of which are controlled by the richest and most powerful businesses in Lancaster County.

- In their "lame-duck" session at the end of their terms as County Commissioner, Paul Thibault and Terry Kauffman passed the $40 million "hostage loan", which cost Lancaster County taxpayers over $2 million dollars to make certain that NO future elected officials could ever make ANY changes to the hotel and convention center project.

Lancaster County cannot afford any more of Paul Thibault's so-called "reforms".
