Sorry, but that does not instill confidence. The original call was because it smelled like paint thinner, but litmus paper says it's not toxic. Toxicity can be ruled out with Ph?

Whirlwind
All day yesterday I smelled the most foul odor everywhere I went in Lancaster.It smelled like fermented sewage. It hung in the atmosphere like a damp cloud .

Who should I call to report this?

It may not be very healthy for us to breathe.

Who knows what could happen if it entered our water supply.
