Sounds to me like the judge Giles is a little on the stupid side, and from what I've learned is when, anyone that is a representative directly or indirectly of any kind of firm, the firm or corporation should know what these representative are doing, especially if their committing fraud.

Regardless if the people that applied for the mortgages and got them, knew or not that Snyder was doing something wrong and got them to sign a paper as this judge claims, Snyder was still representing the mortgage companies, because Snyder wasn't a lender that owned a bank and was giving mortgages to people who applied for them.

Besides I can see the judge throwing out the law suite because, he's a federal judge, and the mortgage company is backed by the federal reserve which is owned by the worlds richest bankers, so therefore, the little guy gets screwed, you got to look at the bigger picture, anything with the federal name attached to it that has to do with any form of the federal govt. or bank the average person dealing with them is going to get the shaft somewhere down the road by them sooner or later.
