Did I miss it or has the guarantee of minority represenation been removed for the board of commissioners? It would seem to me that the staggerring of the terms would make it impossible to guarantee a minority member. If this stipulation will no longer exist, I think that the leadership of the local Democratic party shold be run out of town for giving up the only real voice that it has ever had.

It will be interesting to find out if Craig Steadman considers legal issues to be more significant than political considerations.
