The "Lancaster Squared" pictures were put up in Lancaster City Council chambers during 2007. This caused something of a controversy, because it included portraits of two Democratic candidates for City Council. Both were elected, both pictures are still there.

Not long after the pictures were hung, they started falling off the wall. Over a period of weeks, well over half came down by themselves. Eventually, the exhibit was repaired, but nearly a third of the original pictures were never replaced.
