Of course there are less lawsuits, but the docs still raise their prices stating malpractice as a reason.
No one wants to sue in Lancaster because the stupidity of the juries and the judges makes a lawsuit worthless. It's God's will and Just get over it are common heard themes of malpractice lawsuits here.
My mother was murdered at age 68, unfortunately AFTER she retired. Meaning her life had no value whatsoever in the eyes of the courts. What this means is that more bad docs will set up practice here and continue to make life threatening mistakes with no consequences.
