I have my fingers crossed that tis will work.
But I have a gut feeling that if this like all of the othercodes and regulations that are not enforced we will see the same old same old in the city of LAncaster neighborhoods.
Business as usual... I have not seen them in my area, as always they seem to start every place except the GARBAGE HILL AREA.

Bober,

They HAVE been in your neighborhood many, many times, as well mine.

I have been working with them on trash problems in my block with extreme sucess!

They work better when a resident acts a a liason for them. Take pictures, show them the problems, they do listen and they do take action.

One landlord in my block is set to become the first person cited under this program. He knows it too.

He has been "tidying up" a bit more, but it isn't enough to keep the trash czar away.

Plus my video cameras keep a constant eye on this persons properties. Any crime is photographed and documented.
