Probably bad timing for this article. Turkey season is still open for another 2 weeks so please be careful. Spring turkey hunting is the most dangerous hunting season of the year. If you do go exploring do it after noon as that's when the hunters have to be out of the woods. This area gets a lot of pressure, especially on saturdays. You don't want to get stuck between a hunter and his turkey; even if you don't get shot you're sure to !profanity! someone off that's carrying a shotgun.

Great story. There's nothing like finding yourself in the middle of a huge amphibian migration. Sites and sounds area amazing!
