Eco-Options
Home Depot is growing green.
The home-improvement products chain is celebrating the one-year anniversary of its Eco-Options program.
From 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, Home Depot will offer a clinic on landscaping and outdoor water conservation.
As part of the Eco-Options program, Home Depot has expanded its earth-friendly product offerings from 2,000 to 3,300 — including high-efficiency toilets and faucets, and earth-friendly paints — and launched an in-store recycling program. In addition, Home Depot has implemented Green Teams to answer consumer questions.
