Wouldn't it be ironic if after all this they turned around and simply closed the restaurant or ballroom? I think this article goes a little too far in sounding the death knell. Everyone knows something is going on but can't we at least give them the dignity of announcing it themselves before we start printing articles like this?

Hey, I just went to Donecker's website and they took down all the information about their clothing store but everything else is still on.

Could it be that they are just closing the store? In town today there was someone standing at the corner of State and Main with a big sign saying everything in the store 20%-40% off.
