You're 100% correct. I had to rescue my own child, not once but twice, from near drowning. The second time was at a community pool that we used to go to and it was right in front of the Life guard. I was so damn angry because the guard was talking to someone, he wasn't watching.

I can't even imagine losing my child at all not to mention at such a young age. The family must be a mess!
