Charlie Douts is a good and decent man. He is an experienced municipal manager and is qualified for this job. I can only wish him good luck and hope his employers treat him with respect.

Actually I agree with you. But so too was Esterbrook.

The Commissioners made an excellent choice! W Hempfield Twp will miss his strong steady leadership but at least he will still be working for the good of Lancaster County....just in a diffrent capacity.

Congratulations Charlie!

Hope

Charlie Douts is a man of principle, action and vision. I say this after working with him for 19 years. Now all of Lancaster County will benefit from his leadership. Best of luck Charlie!
