This lady needed to realize that she was in the wrong for playing lound music between 2 and 3 a.m. If, as the report says, the officers gave her the opportunity to just turn down the music without receiving a citation, then she should have just done it.
In this case, even if the police were impolite, she should have obeyed them. She was in the wrong. No shame. No humility.
Her last name doesn't sound local (Buckwalter, King, Hess...) Maybe she's from someplace whrere the police take you away and you're never heard from again? That would explain her violent behavior once she was taken into custody, maybe?
