Either a day spent with loved ones or where the sun fumes superiority over any sight of a hazy bundle of clouds. When no matter how hard you try, you just cannot erase a smile from your face — those types of days.

When people experience these types of days, they often search for a soundtrack fitting in harmony with their occasion.

Fortunately for us, a new release has hit the shelves.

With a combination of soothing lyrics and a puzzle-fitting voice working with instrumentals, this new release is the perfect audible match for anyone trying to describe their current state of mind.

Introducing Priscilla Ahn's new album, "A Good Day."

Ahn, originally a resident of Bernville, first picked up a guitar at the age of 14; it has been the ticket toward her future ever since.

Expanding her love for music, she continued playing in coffee shops, clubs and bars for years to come.

Now living in Los Angeles, Ahn, along with main band members Oliver Kraus, Gus Seyfrett, Joey Waronker, Melissa Reiner and Jonny Flaugher (with various other musicians), all share one extreme talent in being multitalented.

Each individual having obtained the knowledge to play more than one instrument is shown diversely throughout the album, with instruments such as the cello, piano, harmonica and ukulele.

"A Good Day," released in June, is Ahn's first full-length recording. She released an EP in 2007, establishing her fan base. As the appreciation for folk and acoustic music continues to grow throughout the world, Ahn falls right into the mix.

Throughout the 11-song soundtrack, the continuous sound of sweet, sincere vocals allows any listener to feel at peace. However, if you're looking for something new and different-sounding in each individual song, this may not be the album of choice.

Nevertheless, the album is nothing short of engaging, holding forever ear-pleasing mellow and soft elements.

In songs such as "Dream" and "Astronaut," it is clear that the emotions Ahn is expressing are in-depth feelings toward life, love and troubles faced throughout society — a quality of Ahn's that more people should follow.

With summer slowly creeping to a close, it is vital to end the season with a bang. Seeing as the vast majority of the world is consumed with the busybody persona, allow yourself a personal day; do what makes you content.

Let Priscilla Ahn's flair crawl throughout your life and live. Have yourself a good day.
