Too bad the two beneficiaries couldn't just shake hands and agree to split what ever is left after funeral costs, it would have been about as costly as a court case.
Glad I've got nothing to will to anybody, cause it makes life so much easier. Well, I guess I do, but if my relatives are going to fight over a $500 car and a $1500 motorcycle, they deserve everything they get. Since I'm pretty sure I know them, they won't fight over it.

We had our wills drawn up by an attorney and it was far from exorbitant. What we paid was well worth knowing all the i's were dotted and the t's crossed.
