I don't understand how any decent parent could choose three convicted sex offenders over his own daughter. It absolutely boggles the mind. Mr. Armstrong feels he is living up to his Christian duty by giving these men a place to live. What about his commitment as a father? I think he is a twisted little man with a purpose we have yet to discover.
