Maybe be this is a good marketing lesson. Maybe they need to learn and use the marketing tecniques used by F. W. Woolworth small proffit large turn over. It made F. W Woolworth Millions.

I only buy when the salesperson has the actual item in hand. Example - candy bars. I give the dollar or two, I am handed the candy. Sale over. No ordering a product, no kid coming back to collect money and deliver.
