i don't think the Pa Board of Nursing will do anything, unless a former employer files a complaint.
soooooo, her license remains in GOOD standing.

Actually, her criminal charges are going to automatically trigger a BON investigation. The BON has to do their own investigation and prosecution of her license for whatever violations she may have committed regarding her license.

Just because it hasn't happened immediately doesn't mean the process hasn't been started. Besides, right now she's in jail, so she's not going to be taking care of anybody.

Twist by a "Twisted Sister".... now you are sounding like a politician. Where did I ever state "that ALL the unemployed and disabled sit on the computer all day?"..... Please get your facts straight. Keep it honest.
Nope, never will be a politician, you wouldn't like me very much and I'd probably be assassinated within a week or two.
Nope you never said all, but did say AngelFace hated all mentally disabled folk because she called you crazy. Then you say she hates the gay community even though she made no reference to them.
All I'm doing is giving you some of your medicine back.....ohh and my facts are straighter then yours!

Not like you very much? You say you would be assassinated within a week or two? OK....that is it!! You have my vote.

I am not positive about the Commonwealth but in most states....there is something called a "self reporting" requirement. A licensee must report to the licensing Board the fact that they are formally charged with a crime. As far as a revocation, the Board is unlikely to act until "guilt" has been established. I realize the public should be protected but at the same time: she is only accused at this juncture and the trial is pending. Any premature suspension & revocation of the license will laugh in the face of the U.S. Constitution and an accused "Right to a Fair Trial". The Board does not have the "right" to take a license under the auspices of an accusation and pending trial. Not sure if they can temporarily suspend it though.....?????

my 2 cents..

I DON'T THINK any nurse manager reported her!!!

and it is HOSPICE that should file a complaint today!!!!
and what is WOOMER connection to the PA Board of Nursing?
makes me want to throw my nursing license out the window since no one cares about their patients!!!!!!!!
"Steve Knoub, CEO of Hospice of Lancaster County, told detectives it was possible for nurses to "pilfer" morphine for their own use without anyone knowing..."

Wonder why STEVE KNOUB, the CEO of Hospice of Lancaster County is getting interviewed by the detectives investigating this case.... I think we will learn more from Prosecutor Stedman in the future.
