Did homeowner lock up before he went to sleep? How many guys call this girl girlfriend? (just wondering...) Sounds little like maybe someone was home that shouldn't have been home. Maybe. Or homeowner was in a bad mood. Nick's a good guy. probably either beer or girl was the bad influence.

My guess is both.........LOL

Girl was already in the house with the victim when Nick entered. Nick was intoxicated when he entered the unlocked house and would not leave when asked. Girl was helping victim hold Nick down when police arrived, hence why the door was kicked in.

Nick is an idiot. I'm glad he messed up, hopefully we wont see him around for awhile.
