Millersville's Priscilla Jennings finished fifth in the PSAC Women's Cross Country Championship Saturday at Lock Haven.
Jennings (Solanco) finished in 21:31. The Marauders finished eighth. Shippensburg freshman Neely Spence took the individual title in 20:59.
• Rachel Suydam finished 38th (24:35.06) and Franklin & Marshall fiinshed ninth in the Centennial Conference Championships at Gettysburg.
Johns Hopkins denied Dickinson its ninth straight championship, winning with 49 points to the Red Devils' 83.
Johns Hopkins junior Lauren Paulsen was the winner (22:00.09), edging Ursinus' Christa Johnson. Dickinson's Darcy McDonald (Warwick) was fifth (22:46.91).
Men's cross-country: Elizabethtown finished second out of 15 schools at the Middle Atlantic Conference championship at Lancaster County Central Park.
The Blue Jays, who had eight runners among the top 20 in the field of 131, finished with 36 points. Messiah, with six top-10 finishers, had 27.
Senior Jeremy Matula (27:42.42) was E-town's top finisher on the 8K course. Scott Derkacz was fourth (27:43.08) and first-year student Colby Miller was sixth (27:51.39).
Messiah's Frank Eanes (26:52.36) won his second straight individual championship.
• Millersville senior Adam Malloy (Ephrata) was 13th (28:11) in the PSAC championship at Lock Haven.
California's Chris Clark won the race in a time of 23:56. Lock Haven's Tim Getz (Lampeter-Strasburg) came in eighth with a time of 25:07.
Edinboro won the team title, with Slippery Rock taking second and Lock Haven capturing third. The Marauders finished ninth.
• Ryan Bell finished 62nd (28:34.81) and was Franklin & Marshall's top finisher in the Centennial Conference championships in Gettysburg. Dickinson upset Haverford for the men's title, led by top finisher Greg Leak (25:37.84). It snapped the Fords' streaks of 15 consecutive crowns. F&M finished ninth.
Women's soccer: F&M and Swarthmore played to a scoreless draw. The Diplomats (8-4-3, 4-3-3) needed to defeat the Garnet (9-3-4, 5-1-4) to keep their Centennial Conference playoff chances alive.
F&M's Erin Roy made seven saves in her final collegiate home match for her eighth shutout.
• Amanda Naeher recorded her third consecutive hat trick as second-ranked Messiah downed Elizabethtown 5-1.
Naeher, who has five hat tricks and 28 goals on the season, scored in the 28th, 37th and 59th minutes for the Falcons (17-0-2, 6-0-0), who overcame a 1-0 deficit with five unanswered goals against the Blue Jays (12-5-2, 3-2-1).

• Allison Snyder and Olivia Taylor each tallied first-half goals and senior goalkeeper Jaime Lancaster preserved the lead with several spectacular saves late in the game to help Millersville upset Bloomsburg 2-1.
Millersville (6-10-3, 2-7-3) beat a Bloomsburg team (13-4-1, 8-3-1) that was looking to wrap up the PSAC East title. With the loss, Bloomsburg slipped to second in the conference. Millersville finishes sixth in the division.
Men's soccer: Ryan Kiley scored two goals and Matthew Procopio had one to lead sixth-ranked Millersville (15-2, 10-0) to a 3-1 victory over Bloomsburg (8-8-4, 3-5-2).
• For the fourth time this season, the Franklin & Marshall soccer team battled to a draw, taking Dickinson to a scoreless tie in Centennial Conference action.
The Diplomats (8-5-4, 3-2-4) needed to defeat the Red Devils (11-4-2, 5-2-2) and get help from conference opponents in order to make the conference tournament.
• Nick Thompson scored two first-half goals as ninth-ranked Messiah defeated Elizabethtown 3-0 in a Commonwealth Conference game.
Thompson scored in the 13th and 29th minutes, while his brother, Danny, added a goal in the 62nd minute for the Falcons (14-2-2, 5-1). The Blue Jays (7-9-2, 2-4) were eliminated from postseason consideration.
Field hockey: Andrea Miles and Brenna Noon each finished with a goal and an assist as 13th-ranked Elizabethtown (17-3, 3-2) closed its regular season with a 4-0 win over Albright in a Commonwealth Conference game.
Liz DeMatteis and Julie Foster also scored for the Blue Jays (17-3, 3-2). Liz Hannegan (McCaskey) posted her seventh shutout of the season, stopping one shot by Albright (4-14, 1-4).
• Pam Cassidy and Jess Mancino each scored a goal in their final collegiate home game to lead Franklin & Marshall (6-11, 3-7) over Swarthmore 3-2.
• Freshman Katie Mersky (Lancaster Country Day) scored one of Dickinson's two goals in a 3-2 loss to Washington College. Fifth-seeded Dickinson (5-5) plays fourth-seeded Washington (6-4) Wednesday in the opening round of the Centennial Conference playoffs.
Women's volleyball: Elizabethtown (15-19) lost 3-0 to SUNY-Cortland (29-9) and 3-1 to Gallaudet (18-17) in the Halloween Classic.
Paige Tanner had a team-high 11 kills and 15 digs against SUNY Cortland. Kayla Deats had 11 kills against Gallaudet. Crystal Agnew dished out 18 assists and Allie Gold (Hempfield) finished with 20 digs.
• Franklin & Marshall wrapped up the regular season with a 3-2 (25-16, 15-25, 20-25, 25-16, 15-12) win over Swarthmore in a Centennial Conference match. F&M (12-15, 7-3) has qualified for the conference playoffs. Margot Phelan paced the Diplomats with 12 kills and 22 digs.
The Diplomats host Dickinson on Wednesday, Nov. 5, in the playoff opener.
Swimming: Millersville's women's team opened its season with home victories over Juniata, 73-22, and Cabrini, 71-24.
Freshman Brittany Neifert had a PSAC qualifying time in the 200-yard freestyle (2:02.34) in her college debut.
• Elizabethtown's men's and women's teams opened the season with losses to host Dickinson. The Red Devils won the men's meet 159-35 and the women's 160-45.
• Johns Hopkins managed to take the first nine races, swimming to a 148-108 win over the Franklin & Marshall men's team. F&M's Tom Grabiak (1:03.71) won the 100-yard breaststroke.
• Franklin & Marshall's women's swim team opened the season with a 141-115 loss at Johns Hopkins. F&M's Brittany McCabe won the 50- and 100-yard backstrokes.
