It mentions several time in this story "former owner" and "forclosure" unfortunately they are inaccuracies.....Charles Morais is still an owner as no change of ownership has taken place and no forclosures have taken place either. Just felt the need to point that out since obviously thats what Kronos Hotels would like everyone to believe. Now that charges have been filed they need to be put in jail...not a slap on the wrist and sent on their merry lil ways.
