The Government cannot give the autos money unless the autos agree to sit down with the unions and discuss the same things and make the same changes that would be made if they were not getting money. If the government provides money without concessions the autos will be right back here in another year or two.

The gov't can't let the auto industry go down. After all the support they got from the unions for the elections and their candidates, it would be political suicide to let them fail. Just reach a little deeper into your wallet because the bailouts will continue!!!
