Here is something to chew on. I am a contractor. If you ever wonder why certain contractor jobs are so much, ask us how much we pay in liability insurance.

I have never had to call on my insurance company for anything, but liability rates increase 25 to 50 percent a year.

That cost gets passed on to the consumer, as do all expenses in some form.

If you think taxpayers get a break by only paying out X amount of money for these claims, think again.

You pay the full sum in some twisted corporate fashion...

I wonder if liability insurance can say they refuse to cover someone such as the prison after there payment runs out. With so many payouts and lawsuits u think they would of by now
