Hey, question, what part of the solution are you. You8 have been on this board less than a month. The people on this board don't use the words that some of your fellow posters use to express themselves. You have all the right that this board allows, to express your opinions. Seems to me groundpounder with over 3000 posts since 2006 you need a life, The people post turned this into a family battle and forgot about supporting Tim and his family asking questions, You need to go find some other post to stick your nose in cause your not a friend or a family member,What this post needs is to be sent to a federal commission to examine the violations of Tim's cival rights. And as far as the Keystone cops that investigated this case is a joke, And after talking to several people and what was said at the pretrial Tim will never get a fair and impartial trial, I hope Tim's lawyers goes after certain people and that police department really needs investigated. All I have to say is if this is the way Lancaster's legal system is Tim's lawyer needs to have an investigation done on the collection and handling of evidence and contamination of a crime scene, and was all the wounds were made by the same knife. And yes I know Tim hes been a friend for many years and a former Marine and I don't like seeing him rail roaded and set up, I know all about the GOOD ole BOYS system in small towns. I work with veterens everyday and try to help them get back on their feet, Are you a veteran groundpounder? Like I said this was suppose to be a post for all of Tims realtives and friends to pull together to give Tim family support , The more I hear from friends and family I believe Tim was acting in Self Defence, I would like to see a second opinion from and independent agency on the autopsy report. I would like to see everyone concentrate on Tim's defence by writeing letters to their congressmen to investigate that proper procedure was followed during the investigation, gathering of evidence, securing the crime scene, 4 people were there and stood by and did nothing to stop it. If Tim's ex loves him so much instead of bashing Nora she should be fighting for Tim and asking questions. No matter what anybody can say about Tim, I know for a FACT as Tim many times told me! His whole reason for living is for the love of his Mom, Sister and Daughter, and he always strived
to better himself so that he could proudly provide for his family and for them to be proud of him, He was in heaven playing with his daughter , her sitting on his lap while he read her a bed time story, hugging her and tucking her in. Tim wanted to leave the past behind and be a family provider and a good Father. This is the season with Christmas coming up for forgiveness and love. Make this a happy Christmas for friends, family, children. Try and remember Tim is the issue here, nothing else matters, put the family back together, Theres enough hate in this world if there was more love maybe none of this would have ever happened.
