Having been a musician in bands since 1962 I found much in the book by Don Felder that I could relate to regarding egos and power freaks.

With the firing of Don the eagles ceased to have any authenticity and just became two of the originals along 12+ hired hands.

It's a pity that Don, Randy and Bernie haven't got another band together it would have the two best guitarists along with the best singer that ever graced the band 'Eagles'.
