I'm glad they molly coddled him (major f**kin sarcasim). This drunken loser knows; turn on the water works and snivel for "another chance"-or in his case-a fifth chance, and a board of milk-kneed judges grant it. Way to go guys. Does he get a 7th chance too?

He didn`t even have to pull out a "Praise Jesus",or "I`ve been saved" to get by the board.I bet they were his last best effort tries if all else failed.
