Ok, believe what you want. What I am saying is, there's all kinds of possibilities out there. Maybe the cat was sitting behind a practice target waiting for a mouse, and target shooter didn't see it, shoots and when gun jumped shooter didn't see cat run from area. Maybe shooter did see cat run from area and went to search but couldn't find it.

Maybe he should have called fire company to do a search detail and find cat. Would have been a waste of resources, especially to you people who think fire companies are out and about way too much as it is.

Poor mouse if cat would have caught one. Such a cruel death for a mouse. I think the humane society should try to teach cats against hunting mice. How cruel.

Folks, this is serious, however, it is mild compared to what the schools teach your children. There are several on this discussion who should be putting as much effort into changing the values in their schools systems, as they are into protecting a few animals. You folks on here forget what founded this free country that you live in. And yes, there are several folks that make the rest of us hunters, farmers, and just good people look bad.
