We made a game in the car yesterday with the kids. In a 6 block drive, we saw 14 cars with wipers on but the lights off...This new law isn't very well known!! I keep my lights on all the time, bright sunny days and all... I think it's just good sense.

Why is the Wenger's article put at the bottom of an article concerning headlights?
I worked for an HVAC company and I highly doubt that boiler was the entire problem. I hope the Wengers still have the boiler in their possession. I would call the mfg of the boiler and have someone come out and inspect that boiler, like one of their engineers. They can always sue the mfg for the UGI bill also. I'd like to know who actually installed the original boiler and who hooked up the gas line.

I always turn my headlights on as well and I'm teaching my 16 year old the same. Lately, I been noticing in Lancaster City, about 7 AM, drivers without headlights on. I know there are overhead lights--it's not totally dark, but not sunny either? What's up with these drivers??

i count the cars without headlights on. in one hour, on one block of north prince street, i've counted up to 45. and that's not including the people who have only their running lights on. ya know, if the running lights make you more visible to other drivers, maybe your HEADLIGHTS would help.
