And another story with similar headline... when will banks/credit unions/employeer learn to treat this kind of "theft" with the same level of punishment as a bank robber... heck... with the track record I might as well steal from my employeer... I'll have a few months of fun, confess to my doings and be slapped on the wrist... what has this world come to?

May I suggest Lancaster Newspapers place a box in what's left of their Business Section to highlight "Local Embezzlements Disclosed Today/Status of Previous Disclosures." I'm sure it would give the "Obituaries" a run for the money in being 'most read.'

Great. They caught the low level manager dipping into the kitty. Well done. Exactly when are those who brought down the Sterling/Bank of Lanc. in a multi-million dollar fraud going to be charged?

I believe this is how the "cockroach " Bernie Madhoff got started. This is nothing more than a administrative " Bank Robbery Holdup ", she must be sent to jail , just like all the others who commit a bank robbery with or without a weapon.
