Your second amendment right isn't for disatching someone like him from the land of the living. In defense against someone threatening to or commiting a crime? Yes. This guy's in custody of law enforcement and we should expect justice to be administered fairly and swiftly. When it consistantly fails to happen we need to hold politicians accountable not resort to calls for jailhouse justice. Send the "soft on crime" politicians a resounding message at the ballot box whenever you get the chance. In between chances to vote email, call or write frequently.

Be careful everyone...don't always believe everything you hear. If, he did it he definately does deserve what he gets. Things are really blowed out of proportion sometimes with the news. I know for a fact that what I already read is not true. If everyone were just honest the world would be a better place. I can't imagine being an attorney or news reporter and make acquesations that you don't know for sure are true. These are peoples lives and yes it was a totally innocent child.How do you(defense attys and news reporters) sleep @ night making false statements?? I can only hope and pray that the truth comes out and they (whoever did it) will get what they deserve.

while I am not an person that leans toward violence, and I'm not into revenge, there are some laws that really need to be changed, while in the miltary I spent some time in the middle east and some of their laws should be adopted for this country, aka this guy would already be hanged in center square, for all to see and take note as to what happens to people who abuse a child, we spend to much taxpayers dollars going through the motions of apeals, and the only people that make out are the lawyers, there really need to be some major changes in the laws in the U.S.
