If what the article says is true then the only name to suffer is the company's. The individuals who set up these corporations know they won't suffer any consequences...just file bankruptcy if necessary. They bleed the hotels they buy dry then move on.

The really sad thing is that only the Holiday Inn is getting attention. I'm sure there are other hotels/motels in the area that are/have gone through the same mismanagement, poor treatment of employees and guests but it never makes the news.

I have the registered business name of Kronos Hotels LLC in the state of PA. I did that well...just because I could. I wanted to see how easy it was to throw together a corporation. Well about $140.00 later I had a company name I could operate a business under. Same way Kronos Hotels and Resorts did. I keep telling people I am going to run around commit a bunch of crimes and when caught say "it was all in the name of the corporation!" See how well that works out for me...(note: I am not really going to do that).

Our economy is in the toilet and companies like this are just able to do what they want when they want. They have at least 50 company names registered in the state of Ga. So when they buy a property they give it its own company name. They have built themselves just for this type of fraud.

Now the best part is...in the middle of bankruptcy hearings (which have been dismissed due to their lack of response) and everything else this company is going through they just purchase another hotel. Go figure.

I still stand by what I originally said way back. This will continue until Kronos Hotels answers to their crimes. Now its a waiting game for all those poor individuals that were taken to the cleaners by this company for their W2's which I am sure everyone could use that extra money from tax returns right now. It will probably be months if not longer before anyone sees a dime.

Good article Michael.

The proper name of the Klingon Homeworld is Kronos but the formal name, Q'onoS, is capitalized when written. Green in color, it is a planet of the star Klingon and the site of the Imperial Empire's capital First City.

Kronos One
Episode: MOV 006 - Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country

In 2293, Kirk was to escort this Klingon battle cruiser, and Chancellor Gorkon, through Federation space to the Chancellor's peace meeting on Earth.

During the mission, Kronos One was attacked -- seemingly by Enterprise -- and had its artificial gravity disabled. The ship was then boarded by two assassins, wearing gravity boots, who proceeded to assassinate Chancellor Gorkon before beaming away.

Following the assassination, while under the command of General Chang, Kronos One turned about and locked its weapons on Enterprise, prompting Kirk to signal his vessel's surrender.
