Then your company may want hire new and better bidders.

The fact that you think it's that simple shows that you really don't understand the process.

I would love to hear the anti-unionists here explain just how unions cause business to go under. Business does not have to sign a contract with the union if it seems unfair. If a stalemate is reached in a contract negotiation it goes to a federal arbitrator. An impartial judge. All is fair. Business owners just get too greedy and run businesses into the ground. If nobody is buying someones products why does the boss continue to get a raise???
Congress gets a 37% COLA every year
CEO's do not have any caps on COLA's apparently.
When a union member gets a paltry 1% COLA every year while goods and products increase by 3% is robbery? I don't think so.

Yeah.....that's why the big three automakers are doing so well.....NOT! Unions have time and again overstepped their boundaries and have become impediments to good and efficient business.

The PA Convention Center in Philly is another testament to how ridiculous unions are. It's sad....as so many people in Labor's proud history made sacrifices and in some cases died for the corrupt folks that run these dinosaurs today.

I'm no union fan, but to blame the big three automakers ills on unions is ridiculous. The union had nothing whatsoever to do with business calls made by CEOs. Keep in mind that the car makers agreed to pay the union workers whatever they get paid. So if that wage is too high, it is still the car makers fault. I liken that to someone complaining that they paid to much a widget they bought after they agreed to the dealers terms.
